OSA has always been an enthusiastic promoter of effective philanthropy and in 2011 we were the very proud recipient of the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” for Guernsey (Guernsey Community Foundation Awards November 2011).
Our company and employees feel strongly about operating in an environmentally conscious manner and we aim to minimise the impact of our business activity on the environment and are committed to achieving a real and sustainable positive impact on the broader community in which we live.
We are very active in the community and free service provision has been one of our great successes over the years. We have helped many well known established charities to find staff (paid or non-paid), as well as volunteers and for some of these charities we endeavour to assist their members to find suitable employment where possible.
Importantly we must mention how fortunate we are to have extremely supportive management who are keen for the team to support as many community requests as we can, this can often mean taking time away from our day to day work here at OSA Recruitment.
Finally some food for thought – offering just a little help wherever you can makes a big difference to so many.
