Client Enablement Manager

This role is responsible for building a jurisdictional digital plan to optimise clients’ usage of available digital channels.

You will provide specialist digital support to both clients and colleagues, building high levels of understanding and engagement on Cyber Security risks. The role holder will design and deploy a variety of interventions designed to educate clients and build their usage of this company's digital client capabilities. The candidate will, at all times, have a positive outlook, be client service focussed, be self motivated and driven to deliver a world class service to their clients. Previous banking experience is essential for this role.
