Charlotte began her career in recruitment in 1998 as an Administrator for the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency. After 12 months, she was promoted to Temporaries Controller and successfully built and managed a desk of approximately 200 temporary workers. Charlotte has organised large recruitment campaigns for national and international organisations and she became a member of the recruitment and employment confederation in 2002. In September 2004, she moved to the education sector recruiting supply teachers to work within primary and secondary schools before relocating to Guernsey and joining OSA in July 2005.
