Sophie joined OSA Recruitment in 2000, and since then has seen the company grow from strength to strength. Sophie completed the Diploma in Recruitment Practice which provided her with a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment process as well as recruitment law and ethics. This qualification coupled with her previous experience in the finance sector ensures that Sophie is well positioned to assist candidates in finding suitable opportunities. In 2005, Sophie was promoted to Director and works with Nick Graham in ensuring that OSA Recruitment is the employer's preferred agency.
