A leading international financial services and insurance group is looking for a team leader to work on their helpdesk within their customer services area. The role is to take responsibility of leadership, co-ordination & roll-out of services to provide help and guidance on a range of company products and funds to business introducers, policyholders and counterparts in the regional offices, to quickly identify/document and take ownership of any customer concerns, where possible interacting on the policyholders behalf. You will have at least three years experience in Customer Services, preferably in a broker-centric environment, have excellent written and verbal skills and previous supervisory experience, typically a minimum of A level standard with proficiency in English and Maths & well developed computer skills.
