You will carry out client work allocated by and under the supervision of partners and relevant senior associates. As well as dealing with general corporate and banking securitisations, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters, the work will include Corporate Transactions, Investment Funds and Banking.
A Legal qualification gained within a common law jurisdiction and an excellent academic background are required. The ability to preserve a high degree of confidentiality and excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills are necessary.
