A candidate to be Legal counsel is required by a leading Securities Services Company to work on a part-time basis. The main purpose of the role will be to provide legal support, guidance and advice in relation to the provision of fund administration, custody and related services to Guernsey and non-Guernsey investment funds. You will be a qualified lawyer with at least two years’ post qualification professional experience in the Guernsey funds industry, up-to-date knowledge of applicable Guernsey law and regulation and be an experienced and confident practitioner.
