A Global Financial Services Provider is looking for a Mortgage Specialist. This role will be responsible for continuously improving the profile of the mortgage proposition within the Group. The role holder will develop mortgage business, providing advice, whilst working towards personal targets through the sale of mortgages, related products and referrals. The role will also be required to build quality relationships with existing and new providers of mortgage business and to coach and develop other staff. You will have experience in a front-line customer/people contact role, or will be able to demonstrate appropriate competencies and a track record of exceeding sales targets, The right candidate will have experience of working in a regulated mortgage environment, or will have worked in a professional broker or bank environment, familiar with credit risk assessment, The candidate ideally will have full CeMAP or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication skills and be client service focused.
