A leading Hotel Chain is looking for a Director of Operations. This role will be to manage the affairs and operations of an internationally renowned Hotel Group in Guernsey. On a daily basis this will involve reporting directly to i) the Group Company's Head Office, ii) its Board of Directors and iii) the Group's international Parent Company. The role will also be to work as part of the Group Company's Senior Management Team in Guernsey alongside the General Managers of the hotel group with responsibility for the managers and employees of each luxury Hotel to ensure a high quality client focused service to the local and international client base is consistently delivered, whilst also ensuring the Group continues to enjoy financial success. You will ideally have exceptional organisation and management skills.
