A Payroll and Administration company is looking for an Office/Compliance Manager. This is a broad role managing day to day operations, liaising with local and international partners, producing reports, and improving marketing campaigns for the business. The compliance aspect of the role will be to ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and conduct specific audits, reviewing new clients on risk based approach.
The candidate should be technically strong, pragmatic, have excellent attention to detail and ability to recognise the real issues, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in company compliance preferred and experience in banking/accounts would be useful.
