A leading privately owned, locally based dynamic property development, regeneration and investment group is looking for a Financial Controller. We are looking for a trustworthy, flexible and hard working individual with drive, commitment and a proactive approach to work at a senior level within a dynamic and fast moving finance department. Some of the duties will include assisting the Chairman, Group Corporate Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer with financial management, particularly responsibility for cash flow forecasting and treasury management, co-ordinating the production of monthly management accounts and project reports and annual statutory accounts for all Guernsey and UK based Group companies. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of two years post qualification experience, experience of managing a team of qualified and part qualified individuals and experience with Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
