A leading European provider of fund administration and outsourcing services to the private equity industry is looking for an Assistant Client Director. This role in addition to undertaking specific senior administrative tasks will be to support the Client Director on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the team is maintained more specifically, to deal with client requests for assistance and to act as director and/or alternate director of the management companies and to take responsibility in every way for the members of staff reporting to him/her directly. Also in a company secretarial capacity the role will be overseeing the smooth running of the board meetings for the Funds administered within the Section, and ensuring that all AGM’s, proxies and notices are dispatched in a timely fashion. You will ideally have Private Equity experience, management Experience of 3 years or more and a Company Secretarial professional qualification would be a benefit.
