A leading Fund Management Company is looking for an Assistant Investment Officer. Some of the main duties include assisting with provision of corporate secretarial services for all funds, assisting with set up of new funds and liaising with intermediaries in relation to corporate activities, including auditors, lawyers, advisors, brokers and bankers. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in general administration obtained with a major fund administrator, trust company or investment manager, a willingness to continue studying for Certificate in Fund Administration or equivalent / CAT or equivalent and you ideally will have IT Skills including Windows XP and Vista and Excel.
